Essential (always on)

• Sign-in session for passengers, drivers, operators and staff.
• Booking form progress, language and currency choice.
• Security and spam protection on forms.
• Card payments handled by Stripe or Worldpay, which set their own cookies on their payment pages.

Measurement & advertising

With your permission we measure which pages help customers book. This includes Google Ads measurement: when you submit a booking, the booking reference, the quoted fare and the fact that a booking was made are reported to Google Ads so our advertising campaigns can be measured and improved. In the UK, EU, Switzerland and Quebec, a cookie banner asks first and your choice controls this; you can change it any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Elsewhere, measurement runs with these ordinary purposes. No advertising profiles are built from your browsing and we do not sell your data. Your choices

You can accept or reject measurement cookies from the banner or with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, and clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Rejecting measurement keeps bookings and payments working. Blocking essential cookies may stop bookings or sign-in working.
